I decided to do something fun for the kids this St. Patrick's Day, so we invited Adam, Britteni, and Bella-Grace over to join us for the festivities. The kids did a St. Patrick's Day craft (a pot of Gold headband), and then the kids went downstairs to play. While they were down playing Lucky the Leprechaun came to visit and left his little green footprints all over the house. When the kids came up they followed his footprints to a message telling them what Lucky had been doing in their house, before they could follow the next set of footprints they had to do what Lucky had done. Some of the things they had to complete before they moved on were reading a story, doing a TV quiz about the shows they watch, do a puzzle, put on dress up clothes, sing a song, and make funny faces in the mirror. The last message Lucky thanked them for the fun and then left them a "pot of Gold", which was really some chocolate in a pot. Then we celebrated with some cupcakes! We had a lot of fun. I might have to make this a new tradition!
