We headed to my Dad's Sunday morning. We had a fun day playing with my family. The weather was beautiful so we got to spend some time outside and we took the kids to the park. We had an amazing thanksgiving feast. What's not to love about thanksgiving dinner. Then us adults played a few games before I headed to bed. Its always tough sleeping somewhere else when you have little kids. I barely slept a wink. Our whole family was in the same room, so I heard every little movement from the kiddies. Not to mention that Hayley has been teething (her molars) and has been cranky for two weeks. I was worried about how she would sleep. We made it through the night though and I'm grateful that Ryan let me sleep in a little.
I really am grateful for so many things. The last couple of weeks have been hard, but I always know that someone out there has it way worse than I do. I am incredibly grateful for my little family. An amazing husband, and 4 healthy, beautiful children. We have tons of family love and support, and a gospel that makes so much sense and is filled with truth. I'm grateful for a Saviour who loves me. I have felt him in my life time and time again. Life is good.
Happy Thanksgiving!
